and the website visitors have been increasing dramatically in the last few days as you can see in the attachements (2)
and a lot of people said that they are going to donate using bat in the live chat which is in the site (3-3(2))
and after that I saw a very big amounts of bat being donated to me and I was very happy but suddenly I got this messege (4)
please resolve the problem 
Last month I recived my payment In time so I hope I recive this as well Iโm very confident in the Brave-bat teams

itโs only 18 for the next month payout date and I am still waiting for my account just to be reviewed and reactivated !!
Please solve this NOW or next month you will have even more suspended accounts and this will become a non ending loop with no progress.
Iโm so sad and disappointed already because of all this latency, I get that you have a lot of work but we too are worried because this is taking a very long time.

and we are already in may
When are you going to resolve the problem or at least give us our accounts back
the Next payout is within 8 days
and there will be much more and more suspended accounts when are you going to finish those
the problem is officially out of your hands and you have to find simpler solutions for it or employ new people or you will be driving in an endless cycle.
