Yahoo Mail no longer works starting Jan 18, shields down

yahoo launched a new login screen, i’ve been logged in for years, never input credentials. i input userid and yahoo msg “Please enable cookies in your browser and sign in again”. i turn off shields but still get same msg.

Thank you for reaching out and Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Brave. Could you please try opening your main profile in private or guest mode to see if the issue persist? If it does not repeats, try disabling your extensions to see if this is the cause of the issue.

You can open a Guest Window by going to Main menu → Open Guest window:

  1. On your computer, open Brave.
  2. At the top right, click Menu → More tools → Extensions.
  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.

Let me know if that works.

Open Guest WIndow worked, i can log into mail.yahoo.com thank u. i can’t see my usual bookmarks bar. purple color on top. no websites i click to from within yahoo email, do not have prefilled in data. example it’s mail.yahoo click to a petition site and my data cannot be prefilled in like before. that’s a real pain! i’m not sure if guest lessons protections? is this what i have to do forever forward?

ps. Alice2095 r u official brave personel? should i make a bug report? attempting to log into mail.yahoo one time i saw a brave pop “report this site is not working”… but i didn’t click it because i don’t know what data brave scrapes off my pc.
