I’m getting the exact same error which started on July 1st 2023. I tried:
disabling shield, guest window, private window and deleted all browser data.
I’m running windows 10. Chrome and Edge do not have this issue. Also I rebooted the laptop and win10 updates were installed. I reported the issue via brave’s broken link but I wasn’t sure that’s the right way to report the problem. When I saw someone else had seen the same problem I decided to join the brave community.

Here is the link of the error message (I also added in the broken link comments):

Here’s that message’s link:

Hope this helps…!

Thank you for your feedback, Sir. My problem started around June 26th. Some websites have either compatibility issues with Brave OR they don’t like Brave for whatever reason. For example: I am a volunteer first responder and firefighter. We have to report our fire and first responder reports on the FEMA National Fire Incident Reporting System. That federal system will only accept Microsoft Edge browser or the ancient Internet Explorer. If you try to connect via Brave, you will get nothing but error messages. I have problems with using Brave with other sites as well. I cannot help but to wonder if there is blacklisting going on here. Nowadays, only certain points of view are acceptable. Thanks again.

I’m having the EXACT same problem. Yahoo/ATT email works fine in other browsers, but I get the error message others are getting when I try to log into my email via Brave. I’ve tried all the remedies others have, and nothing has helped.

My guess is that there is blacklisting going on. Google and Microsoft Edge politically correct browsers. I don’t think Brave is.

Latest Brave update did not fix this problem…

This issue seems to be resolved in: Brave release: v1.52.130 (Jul 7, 2023)

Thanks Brave!!

7/18/2023 I am having the same issue with att.yahoo.net email accounts and can’t seem to resolve them. Started having problems earlier this month. Can log in without issues in Firefox and Chrome.

My current Brave version is

Version 1.52.130 Chromium: 114.0.5735.198 (Official Build) (64-bit)
