I haven’t been able to withdraw my Brave Rewards BAT from my browser to my Verified Uphold account and have accrued 55.402 BAT.
Hello! This is likely related to expired vBAT. Please see the updates made in August 2023, regarding changes to Brave Rewards. You may need to reset your Rewards profile to resolve it in full. Thanks!
Hello @Evan123 thank you for responding to me. I do remember that message appearing about Brave Rewards. My account is connected to Uphold which I did before the deadline. I hope I don’t have to reset everything just to start over.
@stivaaan If you were connected to Uphold before the end of October, then payments should have landed with the full balance to Uphold. So where we see 55.402, that should be what you see in Uphold. One would think if you aren’t seeing it there, then you didn’t connect until after it was sunsetted.
If you’re positive you connected ahead of time and it’s not in your Uphold, I would highly suggest you create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can look into things. They will be able to see when the integration was done, your earnings, and figure out what’s happening. A definitive answer will then be able to be provided.
I suggest you reply here with your ticket number you receive in your email as confirmation when you create the ticket.
