Windows will not boot but I can access the drive. How do I recover stored passwords and bookmarks?

I cannot boot to my old SSD. It is corrupted. But I can access it.

Is there any way to sync with the Brave install on that drive while booted on a fresh install of both W10 and Brave?
I have so many passwords and bookmarks on that install.

Version 1.29.81 Chromium: 93.0.4577.82 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Windows cannot restore or repair the old SSD. The whole MBR and everything else except for the volume drive is corrupted beyond repair.
Not even using an install disc can recover it.
