Windows Virtual Desktop Separating Issue

Description of the issue:
When using an alternate Brave Profile, and wanting to separate Brave Windows into different Windows Virtual Desktops, every window open with that profile shows up in every virtual desktop.

This issue does not happen with my main (personal) profile. I can separate windows and make new ones in each virtual desktop. But with the second profile, all windows that are open with that profile are in every virtual desktop, no matter how many virtual desktops I open.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a window with Second Profile.
  2. Create New Virtual Desktop (called “Desktop 2” by default)
  3. Observe that the open window shows up in both “Desktop 1” and “Desktop 2”.
  4. Open a second window with the same profile, in “Desktop 2”.
  5. Observe that there are now 2 windows open in “Desktop 1” and “Desktop 2”.

Expected result:
When a new window from Brave is open in a second profile, on a separate Windows VD (i.e. “Desktop 2”), it should not show up in the first desktop (“Desktop 1”). They should be separate from each

Reproduces how often:
Every time I want to separate my windows using my second Brave Profile. Like I said, this doesn’t happen with my main profile.
