Will tab scrolling be preserved in future updates?

Recently — specifically, in the update to Chrome 131 — Chrome broke traditional tab scrolling. Looks like they have some new tab organization scheme in mind that they want to force everyone to use. Consequently, I finally left Chrome for Brave. I just want to be sure here: will Brave preserve tab scrolling, or will Brave lose it, too, once they start building on Chrome 131? Because if it does, I’ll have to change browsers yet again. I like Brave so far, and I’d like to keep on using it.

I personally have no idea, but you are not alone in this feeling:

Tab scrolling is such a helpful feature for managing multiple open tabs, especially when working with limited screen space. I really hope Brave continues to support this in future updates! It keeps everything organized and accessible without needing to open a new window or lose track of tabs. Fingers crossed that gum disease treatment Brave recognizes how essential it is for productivity
