Whenever I click on a link for Wikipedia on my iPhone 11 I get a Message, “Unrecognized value for parameter ‘action’.” Then the screen shows, “Sorry, could not load the article.”
Any particular link you have problems with? Works on my device

I deleted the Wikipedia app and reloaded it and it solved the problem.
