Why is there a Brave Wallet when i cant use it directly for the BAT?

Hello there,

I am from Germany, and I am not allowed to use Uphold or Gemini, those are not active in Germany, and they simply not allow me to create a Wallet. Now I am sitting on my 17BAT and can’t redraw these. Here is my Question: Brave got a new Wallet system with BAT in it, why can’t I redraw my BAT into my Wallet? That’s the easiest Way for a Payout and I don’t even have to give my Personal Information to a Company like Uphold, which isn’t very Serious.
