Why does Brave reset my wifi?

Description of the issue: wifi resets when using the latest version of Brave

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Turn on and log on to Microsoft Windows 10 Home version 10.0.19041 Build 19041
  2. Open Brave browser Version 1.26.67 Chromium: 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit) and navigate to any url.
  3. wifi is shut down and disappears from list of active wifi connections.
  4. reconnect wifi once it reappears on active wifi list.
  5. reload page on Brave browser Version 1.26.67 Chromium: 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit) and wifi shuts down again like in step #3 above.

Actual Result: wifi shut down when using Brave browser Version 1.26.67 Chromium: 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected result: wifi to remain active and connected as when using any other browser.

Reproduces how often: all the time when using Brave browser Version 1.26.67 Chromium: 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit). This does not happen when using any other browser.

Operating System and Brave Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home version 10.0.19041 Build 19041 and Brave browser Version 1.26.67 Chromium: 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Additional Information: I have deleted Brave browser Version 1.26.67 Chromium: 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit) and reinstalled Brave browser Version 1.26.67 Chromium: 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit). The issue stopped for 2 days only to continue resetting the wifi after that. This only happens when using the Brave browser Version 1.26.67 Chromium: 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit).
