Hello, I have a desktop computer and laptop both Windows 10 Home. I use the Yubikey 2FA external Key on my accounts. But I noticed whenever I login to my Microsoft Account, I get this window that opens “USE YOUR PASSKEY”.
First, Is this a window that is generated by Brave browser (see attachment)? If it is, How can I get it setup to use EXTERNAL SECURITY KEY OR BUILT-IN SENSOR by default?
PS… This window only open when I login to my Microsoft account. It does not show on any of other accounts with the Security Key.

Thank you for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear you are going through this. Could you kindly clear cookies and cache to see if the windows page still open when you login to your Microsoft account?

Hello… I did just now clear the cookies and the cache per your instruction in the Brave broswer. I restart the computer. This Passkey window still opens during the login process into my Microsoft account.
