Weird white lines around certain icons, text, and images

Description of the issue:
There are white lines that form around my browser when I do not move my mouse. When I move my mouse, it brings it back to normal. It kind of looks like a GPU circuit or anything computer-sciencey/techy if you get what I mean. Like a circuit line or what not.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Download brave and see how it behaves. It is very simple to replicate, just open it up and see if random white dots or lines start forming around edges.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:

Reproduces how often:
Happens every time I load up brave. It’s the main reason I refrain from using the browser, as it distorts all kind of imagery.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Version 1.5.115 Chromium: 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
None.

Try to change your"Hardware acceleration" under Brave’s Settings > System.
