Wallet unreachable

Description of the issue:
Since about 1 1/2 month, when I click on the reward icon I get this message:
“Uh oh. Your wallet is unreachable.
No worries. This can happen for a variety of security reasons. Reconnecting your wallet will solve this issue.”
So I can’t access to the proper menu via the icon (but I still can access Brave Rewards section via menu on the top right of browser window)

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Launch Brave & click on the Brave Reward icon (next to the shields one)
  2. Same as n°1, after reconnecting my wallet
  3. Same as n°1, after disconnecting/reconnecting brave wallet extension in parameters
  4. Same as n°1, after clearing cache & cookies

Actual Result.

Expected result:
Access to the reward menu/informations via the icon

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.2.42 Chromium: 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
My system: Windows 10 x64 Enterprise LTSC - Build 1809
Haven’t tried to reinstall Brave though

What happens when you click the x on the top-right of the error message shown in the Rewards panel?

It works :sweat_smile: I’m sorry, I didn’t even notice the x button lol, maybe dev will make it more visible in further upgrade :wink:
