Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install Brave Version 1.11.104 Chromium: 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)]
  2. Click the Brave Rewards icon

Expected result:
Brave Rewards wallet shows balance and is usable,

Actual result:

The following message is shown and wallet is not usable:

" Uh oh. Your wallet is unreachable.
No worries. This can happen for a variety of security reasons. Reconnecting your wallet will solve this issue."

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.11.104 Chromium: 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)]

Additional Information:

No information whatsoever is given how “reconnecting your wallet” is supposed to work even though that is given as the supposed solution to the issue.

No information is give at all why the wallet is unreachable out of nowhere and what could cause this. Debugging impossible.
