Uphold wallet is unreachable

I have an error message saying my wallet is unreachable.

This happens when I click on the Brave Rewards triangle in the search bar. My Uphold wallet is verified and connected.
I have a suspicion that this has happened as a result of a Windows 10 update.
This is a persistent issue and neither gets resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting the wallet, nor by closing down the browser or the computer and restarting.

I get the following message

Uh oh. Your wallet is unreachable.

No worries. This can happen for a variety of security reasons. Reconnecting your wallet will solve this issue.

I am having the same issue. The Rewards triangle has the error, but when i go into the Brave Rewards tab in settings it shows connected & verified.

for me it says " Uh oh! The Brave Rewards server is not responding. We will fix this as soon as possible."
