Vimeo videos not playing on mobile

Videos on my website, hosted on Vimeo, do not play. Videos on the Vimeo website do not play. Logged in to my Vimeo account videos do not play. Logged out of Vimeo, their own marketing videos do not play.

Go to https://vimeo.com/.

Videos should play.
