Video lagging when using split screen

Description of the issue: The videos have been found to be lagging when split screen is enabled. For example, the YouTube videos appear to be lagging when I access YouTube in incognito brave browser and any other site in another brave browser and split them.

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? No

Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no): No

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome? Yes

Brave version (check About Brave): Version: 1.52.126

Thank you for reaching out.
Can you please tell me what OS you’re using at this time? Additionally, when you say “split them”, you simply mean opening two different windows playing video content side-by-side, correct?
