Description of the issue:
Mostly when I play a youtube video the video keeps lagging and the audio-video are not in sync I have to refresh again and again before they work correctly

Seems to be a problem with Brave and AMD freesync, if you disable freesync the skipping stops. This isn’t a problem with other browsers so is there a way to file a bug report?

Using Freesync (with nvidia GPU + freesync monitor) without issue. It could be GPU driver related, I would update to the latest, also check in the AMD support forums see if it’s being reported/or a recent regression.
