Video keeps playing from last session

Description of the issue:

  1. I was playing youtube video in the night and then I closed browser and shut down laptop before I went to sleep.

  2. Next day I was in office and as I started my laptop and clicked on Brave Browser. Browser opened and the video started playing with loud sound on.

  3. Thank fully I was not watching porn else my colleagues would have heard sound of porn in the office.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open Brave Browser
  2. Open youtube and play a video.
  3. Quit Brave Browser. and Shut down computer.

4 Start computer
5. Open Brave Browser
6. Brave Broswer will open with you tube video still playing

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Brave Browser keep last session tabs open unless we manually close those tabs.

Expected result:
Brave Browser should stop tabs with multimedia (video/audio) when next session is started.
