Description of the issue:
Whenever I play a video in YouTube or on another site, the videos flicker all the time. This behavior isn’t happening in Chrome or Firefox. I’ve already tried disabling all Extensions and restarting my Brower and PC.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Watch any video on YouTube.
Expected result:
There’s no flickering
