Videos on fullscreen flickering

Description of the issue: When playing a video (youtube, twitch…) the video flickers quite a lot. (only happens on brave)
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to a youtube video
  2. Go into fullscreen mode
  3. See how the video flickers.

Expected result: The video should play normally without any issues.

**Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.26.74

try disabling Hardware acceleration via brave://settings/system

That did work, however the issue only happens on brave with hardware accelartion on.
