Screen flickers when playing videos

Description of the issue: The screen flickers when i play videos on any web page
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Playing a video on any web, at least in my computer

Expected result: solve the problem (watch videos without the descibed flickering)

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.25.68 Chromium: 91.0.4472.77 (Oficial Build) (64 bits)
