Verifying a Content Creator Account

When trying to verify my account over the last 2 days I continue to get the message that the login link has expired. I can get a new one sent and following the link right away results in the same message. How can I get my Creators account authenticated?

@louis_ped let me guess Gmail. Gmail likes to thread, so you are most likely to be clicking on a previous mail

No, the email I’m registering is through Exchange. I’ve tried both through Outlook desktop and outlook web mail. No luck either way…

Can you try and login right now (again) so I can see if there’s something happening on our end? All I need is the email associated with your Creators account.

Let me know when you’ve attempted to login again.

I just tried again. Had a new link sent, followed it and it states that it’s expired.

On my end, it looks like the email was routed correctly and was, in fact, received. I’m wondering if there’s some caching shenanigans happening – would you mind clearing your cache/site data for creators.brave.com (visit the site, click the "lock" icon --> Site Settings --> Clear data) and, in addition, deleting any/all login emails you’ve been sent from Creators.brave.com?

After doing so, try once again to login and let me know what happens.
