Verification of non-Wordrpress sites

Hi there! First of all, congratulations for your work, I really love the idea… :wink:

I’m trying to verify my website www.zonagravedad.com and I recieve this message:

"Heading

Your domain is using HTTPS.Your domain is using HTTPS.

1) Install Plugin Html

2) Verification Token. Wordpress Token
brave-ledger-verification=**************************************** ( here comes a long code which I don't include here for security reasons )

3) Verify

Note: this process may take a few minutes to several hours depending on where your site is hosted".

The problem is that my website is not Wordpress but a ( quite old ) PHP-Nuke. I have acces to the FTP and I can create and modify website files, but I don’t really know if this method is appliable and where should I insert this.

Hi @calixto_g_v

You can verify two ways, either through DNS or the .well-known file. I believe if you have a .well-known file you want the .txt to be located at:

{domain name}/.well-known/brave-payments-verification.txt
