I use Opera GX, I like it and don’t want to switch. However, I do want to use Brave’s search engine. The browser doesn’t acknowledge it, even when I set it specifically to “Brave Search” “Brave” and specific link. I don’t know which side needs to adjust something, but I’m contacting both sides to try and get this done.
You only need to add https://search.brave.com/search?q=%s.
Opera GX doesn’t let you have custom search engines as default, reason why I could never use Opera, and then you just set your own shortcut br or something easy to type and done.
