The Tor Project recommends against use of VPNs with its browser.
Are there any known ‘issues’ with Brave’s TOR windows/tabs when a VPN is used?
Thanks.

Hello @mk7z
same issue apply to brave tor it even make your anonymity worse as tor is most used by onion browser so using brave that will identify the user agent which is chrome so in other word is increase the finger print
hope that help and have a nice day
Thanks @justsomeone1, does it do anything other than identify the browser?
That by itself doesn’t seem to be much of a fingerprint.
Or am I misunderstanding something?
Also, how is this related to using a VPN, which I would have thought would block any fingerprinting?
you welcome @mk7z
i am not sure but i do not think so
any thing that can identify you will be added to your identity for example using chrome in region that most user use it will hide you cause you become on of many using plugin that used by so much people will also hide you
so consider that following
now add other stuff like plugin/extensions your region based on your ip (ofcourse ip does not apply for tor )
the above is about using tor in general even without vpn
but for tor in general despite brave or tor browser
check this
hope that help and have a nice day
