User choice for Updates - browser and extensions

Updates are not an advantage to the user. Frequent updates cause problems for the user due to extension conflicts. And similarly extension are sometimes updated removing functionality or conflicts with brave. More frequent updates are not always the solution for the end user. Rather especially when we use a machine for buiness, we are better off runing updates when we have time to trouble shoot for find work arounds, or as others have noted frequent updates increase effect managment of download quotas for those with limited data access. Give users the option to turn of auto-updates and recieve notices for available updates. Give the option to turn extension updates off and update manually when we choose. Recent crowdstrike debarkle proves everyone doing auto updates is actually a security risk.
