I have seen posts about Uphold in NY and about self-tipping, but never one that presents one as the solution to the other, so I feel this is a unique topic.
Uphold has been saying they will get bitlicense since 2019. It is clearly never going to happen. So if Brave wants users in all 50 states, that means there has to be another way to claim our rewards. I’m also a creator, so the simple solution is to tip myself so I can withdraw the funds to Gemini which does have bitlicense.
Does anyone else already do this? Is it against the rules in any way? Is there a limit when it comes to tipping myself? If so, how much is allowed?
