As title suggests. I did contact Uphold support and they confirmed that my current region is Canada after going through the address change process. The problem remains still. They advised me contacting Brave Support.
This is something separate. Their API determines your country based on your passport. So a change of address alone won’t resolve it. You will need to submit a new passport or similar ID that they will use to replace your original passport.
So if you were from Russia (just putting in a random country name) and moved to Canada. You might have changed your address and submitted proof of residence to Uphold, but Uphold’s system would still be telling Brave you’re from Russia because you have a Russia passport.
