Unable to Use Desktop Site For Spotify on Mobile & Other Issues

Description of the issue:
When trying to use the desktop version of the Spotify web player on my iPhone I get stuck in a reload loop between two addresses, https://open.spotify.com/_noul_? and https://open.spoify.com/_noul_?pfhp=2c2ccb58-8a92-4713-a1c0-8b43b3090b49. I have attempted turning off the shields but the loop is still present.
With music in the background or with the phone off I am unable to rewind, skip or pause the music currently playing.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Spotify Web Player

  2. Go to the three dots on Brave and click “request desktop site”

  3. Site will be stuck in a reload loop between two similar web addresses

  4. Play music

  5. Either open another app or turn the iPhone off

  6. The mentioned buttons will be a dark grey and can’t in interacted

Expected result:
The desktop website of Spotify will open
The pause button and rewind will have the same color and can be used

Brave Version( check About Brave):
v1.42

Mobile Device details
iPhone 12 iOS 16.0.2

Additional Information:
Other than the listed issue music plays well. My iPad doesn’t have this loop so it may be hardware related.

I am unsure if I am supposed to list multiple issues in one post since this is my first time. So if needed I can delete this and split them in two on request.

Hi @TacticalVictory welcome to Community

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. On my end I’m able to replicate this issue and infact seeing the link you have provided above getting stuck in a loop when I request desktop site.

I will inquire further with our team about the issue.

Thanks!

Just to confirm, do you still have this issues when you request mobile site?

When in the loop if I go to the request mobile site it does work. But if I would start the loop with say an album opened I get booted back to the landing page at https://open.spotify.com/.
