Unable to type b capital letter (shift+b)

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open any web mail client in brave browser. In my case: protonmail
  2. Try to type capital b (shift +b). Nothing happens. In the address bar of brave browser it works Ok.
  3. In Firefox browser, it works Ok. In Libre Office, it works Ok.
  4. I turned off all the extensions: did not work.
  5. Typing b letter (no shift+b) works Ok.
  6. This happens since a few weeks ago.
    Expected result:
    b letter appears in capital.

v1.66.115 (May 24, 2024)
Upgraded Chromium to 125.0.6422.112
