Unable to send USDT to bybit

Hi, i have usdt on BNB smart chain in the wallet. I have sent 1 usdt (just to test if it is going to work) to bybit where i chose bsc(bep20) network to deposit. I have some bnb for the fees in my wallet too. The money were taken from my brave wallet and transaction was confirmed but never received on my bybit account.
I did get a warning “address doesnt look correct” when first entered the bybit address, and it offered me a website to check and change some upper and lower case letters, i did that, then it took my address, i confirmed it and it seemed to go through, just to find out that i never received the money in bybit.
Could you tell me why is that happening and how to fix it?
Can brave block, temporary suspend operation or even freeze my funds?

Is the issue occurring on a specific network?
I didnt try other network, just bsc.

What operating system are you using?

If the transaction was successful then it is best to reach out to Bybit to inquire about your funds. They manage the receiving address on their exchange and can provide further insight.
