Unable to download anything

Description of the issue: I can’t download anything, I tried to install an extension (picture in picture) and it says “Virus scan failed”, I have tried disabling my antivirus (windows defender) and still nothing.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result: Being able to download files without that error.

Reproduces how often: Everytime I try download something.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10 version 19044.2965 and brave version 1.51.118.

It seems to be scanning still? Maybe add the Downloads folder as an exception rule. Any other Anti-virus software?

I don’t have any other antivirus software.

Just tried all of the above, didn’t work.

Just fixed it by just changing folders.
