Some combination of settings at:
brave://settings/shields
brave://settings/cookies
brave://settings/clearBrowserData
is the key. And a tip: There is some history of:
The cookies site setting(s) seem(s) to be dependent upon, the Shields settings that existed when the cookies site setting(s) was(were) set.
And sometimes, you are fortunate to remember what the Shields settings were . . . and then visit the site . . . and then adjust the cookies settings - after clearing cache and cookies. “Something like that.”
Somewhere, there is a Reset button
brave://settings/reset?search=reset
that flushes a bunch of settings, but some Brave Browser users are reluctant to use that Reset, because they would lose established logins (again: “Something like that”), and users fail to take screenshots or notes re the settings that they have chosen. (I make notes.)
That is why, IMPORTANT to have bookmarks and passwords backed up BEFORE . . . “oops!”

In a new Brave Browser window, go to:
brave://settings/clearBrowserData
Select the Advanced tab
Set Time range to “All time”
ENABLE everything except:
- Passwords and other sign-in data
(Myself, I would NOT make that exception)
(because I would have a backup prepared)
Click on the “Clear data” button
Restart your Windows OS computer.
In a new Brave Browser window, go to:
brave://settings/content/javascript
Scroll down to Allowed to use Javascript
Click the Add button
Enter:
https://raysofhealinglight.com
as the site . . . but do not Enable:
-Current Private session only
Next, in the same Brave Browser window, go to:
brave://settings/cookies
Scroll down to Sites that can always use cookies
Click the Add button
Enter:
https://raysofhealinglight.com
as the site . . . but do not Enable:
-Current Private session only
-Including third-party cookies on this site
Make another new Brave Browser window. In the menu bar at the top, select View. Scroll down in that View menu and select Developer. And then in the little pop-out sub-menu, select Developer Tools.
Tip: The Developer Tools window is associated with the current Brave Browser window, and NOT associated with other Brave Browser windows.
Also, the first occasion of using Developer Tools, the Developer Tools “window” is usually a part of its associated Brave Browser window . . . but you can make the Developer Tools window, a standalone window (though keeping its association with the Brave Browser window). I recommend that you do so:
In the upper right-hand corner of the Developer Tools window, there is an “Organizer” 3-vertical-dots button - click on that. The result should be a pop-up:

Notice the tiny blue icon that is first (left to right) among 4. Click on that icon. The Developer Tools window will become a standalone window.
Now, in the Developer Tools window, select the Application tab. And over to the left, in the Storage pane, select Cookies.
There are two sources of cookies:
https://raysofhealinglight.com
https://player.vimeo.com
When you click on https://raysofhealinglight.com
you will see, over on the right, info re the cookies from that source:
Selecting (and thus highlighting) the 1st of the 2 cookies, above that, about mid-way (left to right) there is an “X”. Hover your mouse over that “X” and a note should reveal that you may delete that cookie.
The above, should help you to become more familiar with the settings and switches.
