Unable to Claim rewards on Android!

Facing an issue where I can’t claim rewards!

Error message appears "Oops something is wrong! Please try again later)

Here’s what exactly happening since yesterday :-

4th September ^^^ (It says “You’ve successfully claimed Ads rewards” but it still stays unclaimed!)

5th September ^^^ (It says “You’ve successfully claimed Ads rewards” but it still stays unclaimed!)

Things I have tried :

  • Restarted device
  • Cleared Cache
  • Page 100% Zoomed

Things I have checked :

  • Proper internet connection

Additional info :

  • Uphold is not verified/connected
  • Last month I successfully claimed the Rewards
  • In my another phone there was no such issue.

Brave Version + OS Info :

  • Lattest Version of Brave - 1.12.113, Chromium 84.0.4147.125
  • OS :- Android 10; Mi Max Build/QQ1B.200105.004

Lots of people seem to have this issue and they don’t bother to look into it. I’ve reported this month’s ago and never got a reply or fix

Update : Browser updated to latest stable 1.13.85 still the issue persist.

Yes! Even after updating the app the issue is still there!! @steeven

Yes I was able to claim the rewards in past. I can DM you internals
