"uh oh" error while claiming brave rewards

Briefly describe your issue:
While claiming BAT Token for June, there was an “uh oh” error. Checking brave://rewards-internals/ it shows the promotion with Status: Attested. What has happened here?

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
MacOS Big Sur 11.3.1, Brave Version 1.25.70 Chromium: 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
It wasn’t when I claimed (5 June), I added it later (6 June).

What date did you verify your wallet?
6 June

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
In another computer linked to the same wallet after I verify it, yes. In this one, no.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yest

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes

I only posted the logs from June 6 but this error still keeps happening till today every x minutes.

Is it your first time this happened? Or have you received BAT in another months?

I have about 7,750 to receive, and apparently I will not receive it unfortunately, this account is correct and verified, since MARCH I have not received it, there is no correct history of the portfolio in which I receive it, several people have received smaller amounts than they actually have in earnings

@steeven Payments are now complete and the state of the promotion continues in “Attested”… Any fix to this?

I have the same errors after fully verifying the wallet. I expected the BATs from my unverified wallet to go to Uphold wallet. But the BATs disappeared.

How many Brave devices/profiles have you linked to your Uphold account? This includes reinstalling Brave or your OS, resetting or replacing your device, etc.

I use two devices for Uphold. I verified Brave wallet on my second device just to transfer my BAT that I earned there to Uphold wallet. But all my BAT on that second device went missing after the verification process.

I have two devices linked to my Uphold account that I only linked one day after the problem started in a try to fix it, as stated previously. On the other device I could easily checkout the BAT Tokens to Uphold, in this, the Tokens neither go to the Brave wallet or Uphold. And yes, I have checked and none of the devices have contributions turned on.

I don’t understand why there is no feedback about this issue anywhere. At least give us more description about this state of the promotion.

I am not sure how this post flew under the radar but I am unlisting due to personal logs being shared. Please do not post your logs in public forums as they contain personal information about your wallet and Uphold details!

@hugofpaiva Can you please DM me the following information :

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
