Twitch pre-rolls bypass shields even for Subscribed users that aren't supposed to see ads

Twitch.tv pre-roll ads are showing to me even though I am a paid subscriber in those channels that is not supposed to be seeing them. When I disable all shields and allow all tracking and advertisements on twitch, I don’t get advertisements in these channels that I’m subscribed in. However when I enable aggressive ad and tracking blocking, or even standard ad and tracking blocking, the pre-roll ads are shown to me. It seems like they added a feature specific to the Brave Browser ad and tracking blocking to bypass it to punish subscribed users who don’t want their data tracked?

Yes the issue was present with default shields as well as with aggressive shields.

Yes the site functions as expected with the shields off.

No. Both aggressive and standard cause the issue and the only way to avoid it is to Allow All Tracking

I refuse to use Chrome I’m not going to check if the issue is present with Chrome.
