Too Many Redirects (FB, IG, The Guardian)

Description of the issue:
When trying to log into Facebook, Instagram, Guardian, I get an error that say that it has too many redirects

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Reinstalling Brave completely fresh, deleting the history of the browser and deactivating the Lion on the top left in the browser bar

Being logged into FB, IG, Guardian
Reproduces how often:
Every time I try to log in.

Third-party cookie blocking is broken. Gmail 2FA, Spotify, Apple Maps, and the websites you mentioned are all broken because of the same underlying problem with third party cookies. And many others not as well known websites too.

Fixing this should be priority 1. If you work at Brave and read this, please raise this concern with the engineering team.

Important bugfixes over features, please.
