Tipping to Streamers on Twitch Doesn't Work

It seems that I can longer send a tip to Twitch streamers. When I click on the BAT icon in the address bar there is no option to tip. However if you are at the twitch main page there is an option to tip.

This is strange because I am certain tipping worked at one point. I have a recurring tip that shows up for a twitch streamer (in my rewards settings). But if I look at brave on another computer (with a different wallet), I see no way to get a tip to that same streamer (who is verified).

It has been like this since December at least. Any ideas?

This is a known issue.
