The website freezes when you swipe down and more newsletter at the bottom

Not sure what you’re saying on this. When I tested, the site is responsive and scrolls. But of course they block their articles because they expect you to subscribe and be signed in. If you go to click on Newsletters on the bottom, it takes you to a login screen.
I also want to ask why you deleted and ignored all the other questions that were asked on the template?
Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no):

That’s right I have to subscribe but I have Fanboy’s Anti-Newsletter enabled but it doesn’t block it

The site is doing the freeze, they’re wanting you signup to the site. its the paywall.
so that means it can’t be blocked or fixed
We don’t target paywalls, could try the anti-paywall list in brave://adblock ?
I just enabled Brave://adblock Bypass Paywalls Clean Filters now it works but I can’t continue reading until the end. thanks @fanboynz
clearing cookies maybe?
I just deleted all cookies in the stable version but it doesn’t work. but I was testing with Brave Nightly and it works and can be read well and it doesn’t have the newsletter and I don’t know why it doesn’t work in the stable version
