The browser does not close when I close the last tab

Description of the issue: Do not close the browser when the last tab is closed.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Any time the last tab is closed.
  2. When I accidentally hit the close button on the last tab.

If you are asking for a solution suggestion;

  1. Putting a button directly in the settings,
  2. Putting the option to warn that it will close if the button cannot be placed directly.
