Abnormal behavior when attempting to close browser

Description of the issue: Normally I have the browser set to resume my previous session after quitting the program. However, when 20+ tabs are open for a long time, sometimes I get prompted to close all tabs, as if closing the window will not quit the browser. However, there are no other windows open.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Have 20+ tabs open
  2. Allow some time to pass
  3. Click the X to try and quit the browser.

Expected result: Brave will prompt to close all tabs instead of quitting.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.40.109 Chromium: 103.0.5060.66 (Official Build) (64-bit)

In that prompt there is a tick box “Don’t show again”. Tick it and say Ok. browser will close and it will not show you that message again.

Don’t worry, browser still remembers those 20+ open tabs and will reopen them if that option is available.
