The Brave bar is not working for me

Description of the issue: The menu bars in Brave do not appear when I visit Google AMP webpages.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Visit a Google AMP website on a smartphone.
2. Observe that the top and bottom menu bars are missing.
3. Swipe down to reload the webpage and see that now they have appeared.

Expected result: The menu bar always appears on the first time loading a webpage.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.3.2, Chromium 76.0.3809.132

If you scroll and stop the url bar and bottom bar is hidden to show the amp pages. This is expected behaviour. If you scroll to the bottom of the amp page the same thing happens you need to scroll back up to make the bars visible. This is expected behaviour. if you visit amp page and never see the url bar and bottom bar that is a bug. If this is the case can you please do a screen recording of the issue and share here
