The Ability to make brave a Topmost window

I usually tend to both have brave open and work on stuff, however the problem is the things i work on require having the full screen space be used, and not a lot of things support picture in picture, what i would like is to have a button that allows the current brave window to be a topmost window, which then i could resize and position, then be able to click and interact with the window that im working on behind it, without it just being sent to the back of the z order of windows
