Text size smaller than 100% will not work

Hello,

I would like to set a smaller text size without changing this system-wide.
If I set values over 100% under Settings-Accessibility it works fine, unfortunately not values below 100%.

Is there another possibility or is there maybe a compatibility issue with my device or Rom (I use LOS 18.81)?
