Unable to decrease font size

Hello,
sorry for my poor English.
I have a problem with decreasing the font size in sites.
When I go to “accessibility” I can increase the font size. But not reduce it. If I put the cursor on 80 or 90% for example, the sites are displayed as if the cursor were on 100%.
How to reduce the size?

what kind of OS are you using?

E.g. on windows:
CTRL - =-10%
CTRL + =+10%
CTRL 0 =100%
