Tabs not synced between Android and PC

The tabs from my Android phone no longer sync on my Windows PC. On my PC it only shows the tabs from my Android phone from 3 days ago.

I tried reconnecting my phone, but it has no effect.

Android Version 1.59.124 Chromium 118.0.5993.117. Android 13.
PC Version 1.60.110 Chromium: 119.0.6045.105 (Official Build) (64-bit).
