Tabs not moving manually properly

Description of the issue:

I can’t move tabs left or right consistently anymore, it works sort of but is extremely finicky now. It wasn’t great for the last few months, but if i tried moving it by dragging the tab diagonally down left or right, it’d move fairly often if not all the time. Now I can’t even do that.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open 3 or more tabs
  2. Touch the screen on the tabs as if you want to move the tabs
  3. Drag finger to move them left or right
  4. Fail at moving tabs

Expected result:

Being able to move the tabs, easily and consistently.

Additional Information:

I have gross motor dysfunction, mostly in the form of constant but very minor, and almost unnoticeable unless you really look at it, shaking of my hands, so there’s definitely some amount of error occurring on my end, but I used to be able to manually sort my tabs. Now I can’t, and it seems like the touch screen equivalent of the “mouse sensitivity” is off massively.
