My Bookmarks sync across two devices OK. I have selected “Extensions” in the sync options but nothing seems to happen. Is there some extra setting i need to enable or is this feature currently broken?

True. Extension syncing is broken

Broken here too. Just did a fresh Win 10 install and everything synced but the extensions.
This feature now appears to have come to life. I added an extension (from the Chrome Store) on one PC and it appeared on the other within a few seconds.
