Sync is not even working

Description of the issue: So I have created a sync chain on PC1 and opened Brave on PC2, typed in the hash and submitted. Nothing happens on submit, completely nothing - completely no feedback is received. Both PC are connected to the same network, no VPN/proxy is being used.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1.Sync PC to PC.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): No feedback, no result

Expected result: Guess

Reproduces how often: All the time

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Both browsers 0.69.135 Chromium: 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit), same operating system that is Windows 10.

@s00k If I am understanding correctly, you are trying to sync PC1 and PC2 via Sync code, after entering sync code, enter submite is not creating sync chain between PC1 and PC2.

Can you capture the logs and share it?

@s00k When you perform sync operations, please open chrome://inspect/#extensions in a new tab, click on inspect for Brave Sync extension and navigate to console and share the logs from console.

Please revert back if you need any clarifications.
